Hi,
I am trying to adhere Sparkly Fluff to chipboard. what is the best why to get even coverage and no clumps? What is the best adhesive?

Hi Katie,
I personally like to adhere sparkly fluff with a liquid glue like Ranger's Glossy Accents. I find that I get WONDERFUL coverage with it that way - and the fluff really sticks to it well. Hope that helps.
